About Us
Lynne Labelle-Hickey, B.Sc., P.T.S.
Lynne Labelle-Hickey is a graduate of Laurentian University and a Certified Personal Trainer. Lynne's passion for fitness, her commitment to her clients’ and relentless energy are the driving forces behind her success. While her clients are always top-of-mind, Lynne balances her professional and family life by enjoying time with her husband Tim and two children. Lynne is a graduate of Biochemistry at Laurentian University, and a member of the Canadian Fitness Professionals. She has studied human anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition. Lynne enjoys training young athletes and has volunteered her time training high school volleyball teams.
Advances in research and technology are constantly changing; Lynne stays on top of these changes through continued education. She is currently pursuing her Nutrition and Lifestyle coaching certification. Lynne has always had a dream of providing people with personally tailored fitness and nutrition programs, and has since created COREFIT Studios. She aspires to make a tremendous impact on the health of families, including children in the Greater Sudbury area.
Her formal education coupled with a lifetime of fitness training allows Lynne to provide individuals with complete fitness assessments and testing, weight loss and body sculpting programs, strength training, muscle building programs and various indoor and outdoor group fitness classes.
Lise Conrad, F.I.S., Corefit Personal Trainer
Lise is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist and promotes fitness as a lifestyle worth maintaining.
Through her own passion for fitness, she is inspired to help other women reach their fitness goals around a hectic schedule.
She has gained personal knowledge in weight loss and toning as she trains with a personal trainer on a full-time basis.
Lise's energy is reflected in the design of her fun and effective fitness programs, and she shares with her clients
how wellness can be achieved by simply changing a few daily habits.
Nadia Morin, B.A., C.D.A., Y.E.S., PME1
Nadia Morin is the sole proprietor of FOR A BETTER TOMORROW – Corporate and Community Yoga, Pilates & Yogalates.
She has studied and applied her skills and knowledge with over 1500 hours of Yoga and Pilates training and facilitation.
She has also practiced Kundalini and Kripalu Yoga for years and received her “Yoga Exercise Specialist” (Y.E.S.) certification and
Pilates on the Mat Exercise (PME) Certificate from the East West Yoga Studio in Toronto delivered by Heart Song Yoga and Pilates
Studio in Renfrew.
In addition, Nadia received her pre-natal teacher training certification from Core-relations Yoga Studio in Ottawa.
Jessica Verrilli, P.T.S., N.W.S.
Throughout her life, being active was always in her lifestyle. She enjoys training others and making a difference in peoples lives
puts a smile on her face. For Jessica, seeing her clients smile after they finish a workout is priceless.
Jessica is a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer Specialist, Can-Fit-Pro Certified Nutrition and Wellness Specialist and is
certified in Lifesaver 101 – Adult, Child and Infant CPR (Level C).
Jessica also received 2nd place in the Natural Ontario’s Bodybuilding competition in 2008.
